1. Waiting for Inspection after Placing an Order

(1) Once the customer places an order, our procurement team will confirm with the supplier and negotiate transportation and other costs.

(2) If there are price and transportation negotiations with the supplier, please provide us with screenshots of the conversation.

(3) Once the confirmation is successful (usually within 48 hours), customers can make the actual payment for the products and transportation (first payment).

2. Paying Transportation and Product Costs to the Supplier in China

(1) After receiving payment from the customer, we will proceed to order the products from the supplier.

(2) Upon arrival at the warehouse in China, a preliminary inspection will be conducted.

3. International and Destination Transportation Payment

For addresses receiving products from Thailand, it will be divided into two categories:

(1) Lump Sum Payment: After order verification, customers need to pay all expenses (product cost, China transportation, China to Thailand transportation, Thailand transportation) for items like clothing.

(2) Actual Payment Split: The second payment will cover China to Thailand transportation, to be paid after the items arrive at the Thai warehouse, based on the inventory list. Local Thai transportation will be paid by the recipient upon item receipt.

For addresses receiving products from other countries (small parcel delivery):

(1) Actual Payment Split: The second payment will cover international transportation and destination transportation costs, to be paid after the items arrive at the Chinese warehouse, based on the inventory list.

(2) After receiving payment from the customer, we will proceed with international transportation.
